STORE POLICY

Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our online scheduling platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the full session fee being charged. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. Session fees will not be adjusted for late arrivals.

Refund Policy

All services, consulting sessions, packages, and creative services are non-refundable once purchased. If Artistry must cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or credit toward a future service.

Packages & Expiration

Session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-transferable.

Service Disclaimer

All Artistry services are intended to support relaxation, wellness, creative development, and personal growth. Services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or professional advice. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions or limitations prior to sessions.

Creative Services Policy

Creative services require a consultation prior to project approval. Timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins. One revision round is included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. All creative work remains the property of Artistry until full payment is received.

Consulting Policy

Consulting sessions are for guidance and strategic support. Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on client participation and implementation. Missed consulting sessions are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Code of Conduct

Artistry maintains a respectful, professional, and safe environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
